Linda is a musician from Oslo, Norway. She relocated to Birmingham, UK, in 2007 to finish her bachelor degree in Popular Music and Music Technology at the University of Wolverhampton, after studying two years at the Nordic Institute for Stage and Studio in her hometown. In 2011, Linda got professionally involved in songwriting when she started to write production music for EMI Publishing. This is also when she started writing with composer and songwriter, Andy Powell. Since then she has written music for Sky, Audio Network, Warner Music, and Universal, to name a few. She was also a finalist in the international music competition, Song Of The Year, in 2009 with her song “This Song’s For You”. Linda and Andy wrote the title tune to Sky’s popular sports programme, Soccer AM. Linda is a vocalist and is currently gigging with the international show band, The Shades, as a lead- and backing vocalist. As a singer she has also featured on a number of production music songs.
